SHIPPING
No physical item will be shipped if you purchase a digital download. Instead, you will receive a zipped file with a digital photo and a limited usage license for personal use upon payment confirmation.
Please note that we have no control over Redbubble shipping times. All purchases made through their website are handled solely by them and for privacy reasons, we cannot contact them for you. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of their content, digital downloads are not available for return. Digital download purchases include a zipped file with the digit photo and a limited usage license for personal use. Please be sure that you have the appropriate software to open the file.

They handle everything from production to shipping to payments. We have no control over the production and shipping time, any lost packages, or errors with your order.
